If your payment is denied when you try to book your trip or if you are asked to review your card information, it is usually due to one of these two reasons:
- Your card is not open for "All online purchases." Depending on what bank you have, different safety rules regarding online purchases may be requested. For the payment to be accepted online / in the app, you may temporarily need to open up your card to allow "All online purchases." You can usually do this directly through your bank online. If your payment gets refused you should ensure what kind of rules for online purchases that applie to your bank.
- Something in the card information you provided is not correct. Please check that you entered the correct numbers and information for your account in the app or on the website under the tab "Wallet".
